As well as muscle mass. My weight fluctuates 5 lbs in a day, even up to 7 depending on what I consumed! And I've learned that it's normal. It all depends on each individual how high or low that retention window goes... but I realized that weighing myself on the scale everyday was torture and definitely messing with my head! Took me a while but I've stopped that other than once every couple/few weeks, lately a month (due to the Whole30 challenge) and rather focusing my attention on BF% :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
